He was a regular man, dressed in a pair of torn slacks and a tunic. Both were, at one time, tan but are now colored by stains and dirt. He was in need of a shave, or trim, badly and his hair was russled and matted.
He had some friends it seem follow in behind him--all were laughing, and each held a grey bag that seemed to hold significant weight to it. The leader of the group managed to stop laughing enough to tell the tender " DRINKS FOR ALL!!!" and he handed 2 hand fulls of gold out to him.
"And keep the change! Maybe you can make this shambly building better!"
The tender dully looked to the coins and pocketed them beneath the counter it seemed. Then he began serving out the drinks, just as was paid for.
At the center of the room the trio settled down, laughing and talking about their fortune--how their friend managed to win the sum of money in a bet. Of course, this attracted the attention of others...

Through the common entrance by which the new comers appeared to be coming from, another joined their number. Layed sprawled upon the ground at first, Abeo began to arise slowly, shaking his head of grey locks from the dust giving off a slight tapping of metal against metal that would be on his form under the cloak. Apparently, Abeo's appearance appeared to be a middle aged man with medium grey locks and soft hazel eyes. Other than the wrinkles showing sign of his age, he appeared quite fit for his age. His fitness was not what was on his mind at the moment, but how did he get here. He saw some strangers move into a dark corridor one moment speaking of 'Dragontown' and next he was here.
Fully arising, he brushed his attire and cloak of the dust that attacked his hair. His choice of clothes were casual, studded leather Jerkin followed with leather pants and traveling boots. Not only that, but a quick glimpse of handles were evident around the edges of the open cloak before wisely closed. 'Where am I,' he thought before looking to what appeared to be a speaker for the town. He said it was Dragontown and that it was ruled by sex, death, and money, which made the Changeling grin over that idea. 'Very nice in theory, but,' he thought as his eyes drifting to the town and it's apparent worn state.
'I see the death, though sex and money seemed to have left town,' his train of thought continued before looking to a building that appeared to be a bit rowdier than the rest. With curious taking hold, he mosied on over to the Coldstone's Inn to see what would be the cause of such rejoicing.
Moving up to the building, he peeked through the partially opened portal to the inn for a moment before stepping in. As soon as he did so, he heard the lead say "Drinks for all." With a grin upon his lips, he took to this offer and moved over to the bar. "I will be taking up on that offer," he said in a low tender voice, mimicing the tone that would best fit the mortal form he has adopted.

<Coldestone>
He took the general payment, not bothering to actually calculate the price--instead he simply rounded up for his benefit. As each person claimed that drink, he poured it and carelessly pushed it to them.
As Abeo moved up, the bartenders dead eyes fell to him. Then, just as he had with the others, shoved that beer at him rudely. He obviously didnt care--if people wanted a drink, they had to come here and deal with his manners

Lillith came here alone. Trenchcoat swinging as she walked with unworldly elegance, the woman stood outside the Coldstone Inn and smiled, brilliant blue eyes looking slightly dull in the light. The hood from the cape she had worn underneath the trenchcoat was not removed; leaving her face masked for all to see. Lillith couldn't be sure the light wouldn't hurt her. To people looking at her she would merely look like a shadow. The stillettos, leather trousers and the corset she wore blended into the darkness of this place. As she smiled again small, white pearly fangs were shown. They would grow longer when she was feeding.
"Well, here I am," she said in a sultry, seductive tone. Sex, death and money- her favourite. She would find herself a man and have a feast tonight. But first.. might as well take in the atmosphere. Sauntering towards the entrance Lillith opened the door, pleased that there wasn't much light in the place. Not bothering to close it behind her she made her way round the side of the room, hoping to stay in the shadows. As 'Drinks all round' echoed in the air, Lillith removed her hood finally showing everyone her beautiful and undeniably flawless face. "Indeed, drinks for all," she whispered in response to the man.
No lines, no wrinkles. The great thing about becoming a vampire was that she hadn't had to lose any of her youthful beauty.. she was still gorgeous, perfectly gorgeous. Sparkling blue eyes glanced around, hoping to catch her a handsome man that could warm her tonight; a man that she could feed from tonight. There were a couple that caught her eye, she would choose from them later. Right now, she would enjoy a glass of this places finest red wine. It'd have to do for now.
Indeed her face and body would draw many pairs of eyes, but to Lillith, she made her way gracefully to the bar and waited for service.

Head. Ache.
A blonde woman, appearing human, her hair cut short for service, winced and messaged the bridge of her nose. She hadn't gotten over her original headache upon reaching this land. The atmosphere must be... heavier? No, lighter? She thought, she wondered. It would have to be lighter, for she felt lighter than she did on Korlistar, on her home planet in the realm that touched the one she was currently in, currently visiting.
The woman, or girl was more like it, though she appeared mature enough, certainly hardened-- war will do that-- sighed and looked around her. She had entered this realm almost a week ago, staying away from the life forms she encountered, which curiously looked so much like her kind, until she was sure she could approach them without being attacked. They didn't seemed shocked by her presence, though their eyes did linger on her clothes; green army pants tucked into black boots, a white tank covered by her lightly decorated pilot-jacket. The jacket, being made out of interactive materials causing the texture to be slightly shiny, stuck out the most and so the woman had taken it off and shoved it into her black back-pack to help herself blend in. It had sort of worked.
Having looked around, the woman was disheartened by what she had seen so far; she had come into the realm to find help for her people, the Gin Gi Tekkens, help to stop what had become an ancient war, but it seemed she had only come across another ravaged plane. Upon first arriving she had already been introduced to the area's name-- Dragontown. As well as its basis. It sounded barbaric and made the Tekken woman grimace. How will I find help in such a place? It seems almost in worst condition than Korlistar.
The Tekken had no choice but remain in the town, and its realm, however. She might be one of the rare Tekkens, once lost to time, known as a Realm Breaker, but she could only open up a doorway to another realm on a certain day... and maybe even a certain year. The Tekken shivered at the thought that she might not return home for years. She would make the best of her visit here then and continue, despite the realm's appearance, to search for those that might assist her race in Korlistar, on their many planets.
For the moment, the Tekken needed to rest, and eat as well. She had had sustenance in her backpack that had lasted her her first week, but now she was out of food and needed to see if she could consume what this realm offered. We should have planned this more carefully, she thought, plodding towards a building that smelled of some sort of product. She shook her pale head, trying to shake away the headache, but only made it worse. Ahead of her she caught a scent different to those of the others she saw walking around. The Tekken looked up and saw tall figure, assumably female, but who knew.
The Tekken ignored the figure and followed after her slowly, entering the Inn that the Tekken did not know was an Inn after waiting for the figure to go in first. Looking around inside, the Tekken grimaced again and felt a sense of hopelessness, but her militant zeal kept her from sinking into despair. A stern look upon her face, the Tekken accepted the world around her and sought to take from it what she could. Presently, she saught food and hoped to stars she could actually eat what they had. So far I can breathe the air; that's a good sign, she thought with a tight smile.
The Tekken made her way over to what seemed to be the figure selling goods. She had already discovered she could speak and understand the realm's language-- Like some sort of magical translation spell fell upon me, she had thought with immediate disbelief and confusion. She paused in front of the man behind the counter, looking from the people recieving their drinks, which were apparently free at the moment or already bought, and finally said, simply, "I need some food. Whaddya have?"

She'd finished her drink. Now what was she to do? Looking around she saw another woman appear from the doorway. Army trousers and white top, she was a rather beautiful little flower. Rising her second glass of wine to her lips Lillith paused for a minute and simply stared at her. It might be worth a call to Gideon after all, get him to come over here and check out the female totty. Smiling into her glass she drunk and let her eyes scan the room again. There was a grey haired man, with hazel eyes not to mention some other figures which were easier on the eyes. There was something odd, Lillith concluded about the grey haired man and the woman that had just entered. Maybe she would stick around to wath them a bit longer.
Sipping her wine she let it roll over her tongue, nodding slightly in approval as she did so. Nothing like the taste of thirty year old blood, but it would do for the time being. She was sure that this place- sex, death and money- would present her with plenty of opportunities to feed. This would merely be an experience for her and being the woman she was, would make the most of it. She sat on the stool at the bar, crossing those wonderful legs as she did so. The bartender seemed to lack manners and and likeability, so Lillith swiftly averted her eyes from him.
Was there places to sleep here? If not then she would need to make quick work of finding some shelter from the sunlight. Then again.... she doubted it actually got any lighter in this place. But there was nothing wrong with being prepared; if there was no place to stay then she would have to make do with sticking to what shadow there was, if there was any. Gulping down the rest of the second glass of wine, she turned to the bartender. "I'll have another when you're ready?" Lillith said without a smile.

The bar was courting a few humans, but off in some cases a few devils were being cruel to one. In particular, a chain devil lashed out around a githyanki's throat, pulling it in close to whisper some idle threat
A few pit fiends and balors entered, each offering a few brutal words to the other before they seperated. They collected with their seperate counter parts, of demons and devils of equal rank, albiet some smaller, but just as powerful here in dragontown. It seemed a few factions held an easy relationship in the tavern
Abeo
No one seemed to pay you no intentional mind, save for Coldstone as he gleered down at you expectantly. He seemed as if waiting for you to do something else at his bar
Lillith
Your arrival earned you several looks, and a few men (and on some minor cases, women) eyed you hungrily. As your observations accorded you, some were in fact a bit handsome (or pretty) and others not so much. A man, or at least much of a man, with a set of horns and a lithe tail, swayed his way over to speak
"Well, how do you do...I suppose you wouldn't be interested in anything hm?"
He was quickly lured away by the look of Coldstone. Apparently the barkeep didn't like the devil, nor did he like Coldstone. This, in fact, seemed to be how most attendees reacted to the look of the barkeep.
As your glass drained, a man sliped next to you as Coldstone began to fill the beverage. He forked off two coins to meet the price.
"Hello there lovely--I haven't seen such a looker here before. What brings you to Town?"
Adara
The barkeep looked up from his business, and slipped the beverage to Lillith (of course, a vague gesture concluded the deal as he swept across the coins into his pouch).
"We have elaborate meals, simple meals, and a few others. The house prefers fried rat, or perhaps even a turkey leg. Then again, one is more plentiful than the others. If, however, you have the coinage, you can eat well--like the king"
Adara had earned a few looks, some from some fiendish races--a Githyanki looked her over, perhaps more so than any woman might find enduring. He did not, however, proceed forward.

A serpant like fellow entered the bar. He did so rather plainly, to draw less attention to his arrival. He wore simple oriental robes--in fact they seemed a bit classy. In fact, much of the crime lords attire placed him well above the average joe in the tavern
He made his way rather forwardly to the man with several laughing friends. They all, however, ceased their mirth as yuan-ti spoke in hisses.
"It seems your fortune has paid well. Now, I suggest paying your bill--after all you wouldn't have a dime without me....sssssss" A hand slammed down on the table, and those yellow serpant eyes darted across the men who quivered.
Coldstone did not make a hostile move on the scene--business was business.

She looked to the man, wallowing in the several looks that were shot her way. With a smile to a handsome man in the corner she watched a man with a set of horns and a tail walked up to her. For some reason her smile broadened as he moved his way over to speak with her. At his greeting Lillith turned and sent him a sultry smile. “Well…” Lillith began, but just as she opened her mouth to move into a fluent flirtatious conversation, the man with the horns seemed to stop in his tracks and retreat with his eyes on the bartender.
Lillith frowned slightly at the devil’s actions before turning her eyes to the bartender. Slowly those electric blue eyes flashed red, a feral red; it would have been fun to play a little but the man behind the bar had ruined her fun. Grr… but no worries, Lillith thought and turned her eyes back to her glass. Holding the wine in her hand Lillith studied it for a minute before downing the last of the contents.
She felt the man slide next to her, and curiously she turned her seductive blue eyes to his as he spoke to her. With a smile at the compliment she waited for her glass to be refilled before shifting her body so that he could get a good look at what physical qualities she possessed. She leant forward slightly and studied the man who had addressed her. He wasn’t bad looking, she thought. Could be worth……. Well…….
“Let’s just say, word travels,” She uttered in a sultry voice as she bought the glass tantalisingly to her lips, “And I ended up here.” Sipping slightly, she bought the glass to her lips. “What about you?” she asked with a playful voice as she blinked slowly before averting her eyes to his, “What brings you to this place?”

Ah, bvec. The Tekken grimaced as the bartender spoke of coinage. Another 'minor' detail her desperate race had forgotten to consider. She would need to get credits somehow... For the moment, she said to the bartender, "I'll think about it." Then her mind reeled with options. She could steal, though the act did not appeal to her. But looking around, she doubted there was a lack of thievery here.
Beside her, a few feet away sitting at the bar, the figure the Tekken had seen going in was talking to some man. She looked too beautiful for the place and the Tekken automatically assumed the woman was some sort of thief herself. She looked like she was good at what she was doing as well. The Tekken threw glances at the woman, spotting the back of her head as she turned to talk to the man that had slid up to her. The Tekken's attention was momentarily drawn away from the woman as she saw the serpentine figure enter and conduct his business-- he looked like a Ssessarian from Korlistar's realm-- but then the Tekken continued to eavesdrop on the woman beside her.
If the woman was here to steal from these men, the Tekken wondered if she could perhaps make some sort of deal with the woman in return for some the men's credits. For now though, the Tekken waited and listened.

She could feel the extra set of eyes on the back of her head and raised one eyebrow whilst waiting for the man's reply. For now Lillith put this to the back of her mind and for now, focussed her eyes and her attention to the man who had spoken to her previously. Whilst waiting for the man to answer, Lilith let her eyes avert elsewhere, if only for a little while. A serpent like man made his way into the bar before conducting his business. Lilith paid no attention to this, it was of little significance to her.
Near her was a young woman, a pretty little thing she was; with short blonde hair and beautiful amber eyes. Although her attire was altogether different than what she was used to, more masculine; she had a beautiful and shapely body on her. Lillith considered for a minute, she would make a nice little addition to her clan she thought. It had been so long since she had tasted a woman's blood. Might be worth a shot depending on how far it went with the man. Lillith would wait and see, there were plenty of options in this place but she would bide her time before choosing anything definite.
Her first priority was finding a place to stay. She had no idea if the sun would get through this drab atmosphere but if it did then she would be screwed.. The shadows would not do her for long.

Lillith The man settled comfortably along the rim of the wooden bar. Coldstone kept to his business, cleaning and organizing in a lazy manner, of course. Thus, the man spoke without distraction of the barkeep, and his prying ear. "The money--the gambling. The casino's here are where I find some good luck. Though, it seems today's luck is in a lovely lady here" Adara Perhaps unknown to her, that well dressed devil watched her. She, amongst the entire bar, seemed to stand out. She wore foreign rags and lacked an ounce of sheer sin that most seemed to permeate with. She, would become the perfect target. he moved away, at least around a post, and returned a bit more transformed. His skin was fine and smooth, and his hair long and wavy. The only sinister reminder of his original form were those ruby gems he carried as eyes. His gait took him to her, and with a smile he spoke "Good.....evening"

As the man finally spoke Lillith let her eyes wander over him once more. Funny how this man, unlike the other, had managed to speak to her without the barman's interference. But then again she doubted that if the barman had interefered in their conversation, the man beside her right now would have taken much notice. It seemed to Lillith that the man with the horns and the tail, who had come up to her and then slunk off again, had lost out.
"Ahh, gambling..." Lillith said with a nod of appreciation and sipped a little more of her wine. Fondling the stem of the glass a moment she let her lips slide into a full smile; a genuine action this time, and not one Lillith made a habit to show people. "That is something I have not done in a while. Maybe you could er.... take me with you next time you go?" With a questioning raise of an elegant eyebrow Lillith waited for the man to answer.
The man was right in a sense, Lillith thought to herself as she kept her eyes cleanly focussed on his, her luck was changing.

Adara had been so focused on listening to the woman's conversation beside her that she almost jumped (quite unlike herself) when she heard someone address her. Her amber eyes slid over to the speaker and she eyed him, openly, warily. She took in his slender form, abnormally perfect skin and hair-- but mostly his eyes. Heh, she thought, he's not unlike the woman beside me. Too beautiful, it was 'inhuman', as the phrase went... if Adara had known such a phrase.
Sitting up to her full height, as though to intimidate the taller man, Adara sniffed, "This is a good evening here? What in b'vec would be a bad one?" Apparently the Tekken had not problem being rude. In fact, if one knew Adara, they would expect nothing less-- something her high ranking father had never been pleased with, but they rarely saw each other anyway, even with Adara serving under him in the Tekken military, so she didn't know what he was complaining for.

Lillith "Why.." he began with a smile, "my dear I would love to take you around these parts. It would be an absolute pleasure" He turned about to examine the bar. He seemed to do that often, at least with what one might consider often. Things did not look like they would stay this calm for long. Adara That devil laughed. His eyes briefly closed. He turned to direct a digit in the general direction--one passing to the Pit Fiend (a lizard-looking monster that was roughly 12 feet in height. A massive pair of wings wrapped around it.) and then the second to the Balor (It was just as lethal, but it had a flamming sword at its hip, and its wings did not seem as curving at the pit fiends). "Those two are probably going to war it out soon. So, when that happens--the day will reign hell. Also, the faction wars have not spread in. Though, they will start soon. It just takes time for a person to win enough money today. Like the boss over there--he'll probably have the guy with the sum of gold killed and take it for himself"
